If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling +91 40 6688 7411 (24/7) or email info@crystogifts.com. Please give at least 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date.
Order cannot be cancelled or modified within 24 hours from delivery date.
In rare case of service failure or quality complaint, you can write an email to cancel@crystogifts.com and our team will respond you within 8-12 working hours.
Refund amount will be credited in the same account from which the online transaction has been done.
Our team will process a quick investigation on your order and in case of any quality / service failure found, we assure to re-deliver your product with a goodwill gesture within next 24 hrs.
